Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will I get my plan after purchasing it?

1-2 Days! Once I receive your payment, I'll review your questionnaire and create a plan customized to your needs. Your personalized plan will be sent to the email address you provided in the questionnaire.

Will I be able to reuse these plans on my mission?

Yes! They are all sent in a pdf format so you are able to use and reuse them throughout your mission!

Worried about my companion not working out with me?

Unfortunately, having a companion who won't work out is quite common. I encountered numerous times during my mission when my companions were adamant about not exercising. However, since it's a part of the missionary schedule to get up at 6:30 and exercising is a mission rule, I found creative ways to involve them. They would assist me by serving as a timer, counting my reps, or even shouting out random exercise moves. Surprisingly, by the end of the transfer, some of them had joined me in the workouts. I witnessed a transformation in our companionship dynamics as a result. The workouts I've developed are rooted in my experiences with companions who initially resisted exercise. In some transfers, you'll be fortunate to have companions who are enthusiastic about working out, which is fantastic! During those times, I can tailor workouts to suit both your circumstances and those of your companion.

What do the workout plans consist of?

Bodyweight exercises, HIIT, Pilates, and cardio. If you're able to walk or run outside, I'll include some of that as well! These workouts are designed to help you feel good, sweat, and give you sustainable energy throughout the day.

Is every plan custom?

Every plan is created based on the questionnaire you filled out and the location where you're serving. So yes, it's all personalized for you!

I am worried about gaining weight on my mission. Will Rise & Thrive help?

Rise & Thrive is not a weight loss program; it's about learning to love working out in the morning and embracing the beauty of your body. The more consistent you are with your workouts and the healthier your eating habits become, the bonus will be weight loss. However, my goal is for girls serving missions & girls in college to shift their focus away from losing weight and instead concentrate on loving their bodies. This means treating your body with love and respect by taking care of it through exercise and healthy eating.

Do these plans cost money?

I spend a lot of time customizing these plans to support you on your mission. However, I keep the pricing affordable because I genuinely want every sister to have the opportunity to access them.

These programs completely cover that aspect! The plans are extremely customizable, and guide you through exactly what you need to do in order to actually see the progress you are wanting. Not to mention they are very accessible and affordable! I’m so glad that I found this program & if you're on the fence... I promise you won't regret it!"

  • "I got in contact with Lucy a few months before starting my mission, unsure of what to do about working out on my mission, and she created a perfect plan to help me get into a routine before I even started serving! She addressed all of my concerns about working out on the mission very kindly. She is so encouraging and supportive, and has helped me with so many things beyond a mission. Rise & Thrive is the perfect program for sisters or non-missionaries to get into a healthy and productive routine each day. I will forever recommend Lucy and this program for anyone in any circumstance!!"
